|Edge Art Inc. offers refunds only for items that might have been materially misstated. This is limited to the incorrect attribution to an artist, incorrect medium (print listed as painting), or shipping the wrong item. If the customer claims an improper attribution to a particular artist, they must provide a written statement from a recognized expert that the work is not by that artist. If the incorrect item is shipped, then the customer must return that item and the correct item will be shipped upon receipt of the incorrect item. We will refund the cost of shipping and one-way transportation provided that the item is returned in to us within 10 days of receipt by the customer in the same condition that it was sent and that it has been properly repackaged. When the customer has specified insurance and the item is either lost or damaged in transit, Edge Art will assist in the filing of the insurance claims, but is not responsible for refunding any amount that the insurance company might refuse. If the customer does not request insurance, then Edge Art Inc. will not be responsible for any loss or damage in transit.
